Can I buy Sunglasses with Insurance?

I have insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) that covers a pair of Glasses frames once a year. I was wondering if I can use this to buy Sunglasses from a non-prescription store. But I’m gonna take the frames to Lens Crafters and have them put in Prescription Lenses. The store is Sunglass Hut.
Also, they already told me it’s very possible to get these frames and take them to Lens Crafters and have the lenses put in. I just need to know if my insurance will cover it.

2. This plan will not work. It is not possible to put new lenses in the frames used for non-Prescription Sunglasses. Frames for Prescription Glasses are made differently.
